Early Access
As a member, you will be offered early access to register for all our programs, such as swim lessons, recreation activities, and Community Arts Center events.

Do you live, work, or own a business in Clearfield? If yes, then you qualify for resident pricing.
Annual plans and Monthly Payment (EFT) Options
Memberships are available at an annual or monthly rate with a discount for an annual commitment. All annual memberships require a one-year contract. If you choose the monthly EFT payment plan, after one year the membership will auto-renew to a monthly membership and will continue until canceled in writing.

We accept Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit, Active & Fit, and United Healthcare Insurance Reimbursement Plans. Check with your insurance provider to see if you qualify for any of these plans. Some plans require an activation code from your healthcare provider to be accepted. See the front counter for more information.
