With over 75 different fitness programs there is something for everyone. Fitness classes are available with any day pass or membership. Our fitness classes are perfect for anyone looking to reach their fitness goal, as well as, make exercising fun!
We have a variety of classes to choose from, senior classes that take it slow to intense body-sculpting classes like Zumba.
Splish, splash we are having a blast. Our Aqua Fitness programs are designed to have low impact while strengthening and toning. Join in as we help you reach your fitness goals.
Get your heart pumping with the beat as our Cardio instructors help you get into your fitness groove. Burn some calories as you move, jump and shake your way to a new you.
Control is the name of the game in our Core Fitness programs. These classes offer low-impact ways to strengthen your abs and lower back to improve overall balance and well being.
Some go for distance others go for speed. Either way come sweat it out in one of our Cycle Fitness classes. Let your legs burn and sweat fly as you increase your beats per minute.
High intensity interval training is a sure-fire way to get your endurance up. These classes keep you hopping as you combine the fast pace of cardio, strength training of resistance, and ambiance of cycle.
Want to tighten, tone and strengthen? Resistance Fitness classes offer you the chance to work on a total body strengthening routine to do just that. Build lean muscle while you tighten and tone.
Designed for active, older adults. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.
Restore your mind and body using yoga to increase your strength, balance, and flexibility with gentle stretching and mediation. We have all levels so that you can find the right fit for you.

Friday 5:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Sunday 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
First hour Monday – Saturday is members only.
The weight room features Cybex resistance machines and free weights to target and tone your body. The upstairs has our cardio floor with treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, row machines and other cardio machine options to get your heart pumping and the calories burning. Patrons must be at least 12-14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
Personal Training Options
Reach your fitness goals with our personal trainers. One-on-one training sessions are for all ages and experience levels. A structured program will be developed to help you reach your personal fitness goals safely using cardiovascular exercise, weight training, and stretching. Whether you want to get healthy or stay fit, your trainer will be with you through your entire workout to ensure exercise effectiveness and safety.
