Clearfield Aquatic and Fitness Center Programs

Functional Fitness Room

 Located on the second floor of the Clearfield Aquatic and Fitness Center, the Functional Fitness Room offers a wide range of workout activities and equipment for you or your group to enjoy.

Engage in workout routines pre-recorded by professional trainers, bring friends and family to enjoy a private workout session, and enjoy a workout outside of a typical gym environment.

MEMBERS! You are able to reserve this room during the morning hours and certain evening hours.

It is also widely open to anybody, you will just need to ask the front desk for access. The schedule is on the door of the room, but can also be found below!

Group Fitness Options

With over 75 different fitness programs there is something for everyone. Fitness classes are available with any day pass or membership. Our fitness classes are perfect for anyone looking to reach their fitness goal, as well as, make exercising fun!

We have a variety of classes to choose from, senior classes that take it slow to intense body-sculpting classes like Zumba.

High intensity interval training is a sure-fire way to get your endurance up. These classes keep you hopping as you combine the fast pace of cardio, strength training of resistance, and ambiance of cycle.
