From November 1 through March 15 parking on the street is prohibited between the hours of 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM. This is to allow snow plows access to the roads in order to clear the streets, and provides safer road conditions for drivers. Clearfield City plows operate off of a priority map. This allows road crews to clear the most necessary streets first.
