Take Pride in Clearfield is an annual event that occurs the Saturday after Earth Day. The purpose of the event is to give residents the opportunity to get out and help each other prepare their yards for the upcoming spring and summer. Residents can meet at Fisher Park (937 S. 1000 E.) for a light breakfast of muffins and drinks then head out to their neighborhoods to help each other out.

The City will provide dumpsters to those who are doing neighborhood projects. The dumpsters are dropped off on Friday, April 28 and picked up on Monday, May 1.

Dumpsters can be reserved by calling the Community Services Deputy Director, Curtis Dickson at 801-525-2795 by Monday, April 24.

If you do not have cleanup work to do at your yard or neighborhood, the City will have projects at Fisher Park and Bicentennial Park:

At Fisher Park, we will be planting trees to replace the trees that were infested with ash bores this last year.

The project at Bicentennial Park will be working on the outdoor amphitheater. There will be painting and removing the old faded green seats and going back to the aluminum benches.

So bring your gloves and yard tools and let’s all help each other continue to make Clearfield City a great and beautiful place to live!

Take Pride in Clearfield
